Click & Collect Service

How to Click & Collect

Our new Click & Collect service allows you the convenience of ordering online with the option of collecting your order directly from our warehouse.

To use this new and exciting service you simply select the click & collect option as your shipping method during checkout after you have entered your billing details, then finalise your order.

When placing your order you can choose from various collection points and dates. Your order will then be for your collection slot between our collection times of Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm *excluding bank holidays and other advertised closure dates.

After 7 days if your order is not collected, it will be returned back to stock in our warehouse and your account will be refunded.


When collecting your order you must present a copy of your order reference number, confirmation email or printed invoice and the payment card you have used, if you have paid via PayPal you will need to bring photo ID, which must be a passport or driving licence.

For your protection against fraud we cannot release your order without seeing the required photo ID/payment card.

We are unable to accept payments at our click & collect point therefore please ensure your order is paid for and confirmed as completed via email prior to collection.

Refunds & Exchanges using Click & Collect

Refunds: If you would like a refund on an order you have placed via the click & collect service you can either return to the collection point or post to our returns department at:

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of the return and reversed back to the original method of payment.


Items must be in their original retail packaging and unused and still intact of their hygiene ties as detailed in our terms and conditions.


We advise a trackable method of return to ensure safe receipt of the goods.


Exchanges: A “straight” exchange meaning goods of exactly the same value of the returned item can be processed directly at our click & collect point, however for items of a higher or lower value a new order would need to be made online and the returned items processed as a refund.
