Apply for a Trade AccountImportant Trade Account Information
HairPlanet Trade Accounts are provided for genuine business-to-business purchases and are for the exclusive use of the approved account holder and their business.
Trade discount is available only while logged into an active Trade Account and cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
Trade Accounts are not credit accounts, and HairPlanet does not provide credit facilities directly. Pay Later or other flexible payment options may be available at checkout through selected third-party payment providers, subject to their own eligibility checks, terms and approval.
Orders placed through a Trade Account must be for your own business use and cannot be placed using a client's payment details or delivered directly to a client's or other third-party address.
Trade status may be withdrawn where an account is misused, shared with unauthorised users, used to purchase products on behalf of others, or remains inactive for an extended period.
VAT-exempt customers are not eligible for a HairPlanet Trade Account.
