A big exciting welcome to all of our customers, old and new, to our new website.
We have made a lot of changes but tried our best to keep the overall feel of the website the same. Our main goal was for customer experience to be even better than before with faster loading times, better images, and easier to navigate and checkout.
The biggest changes that you will notice is with your customer account. Passwords are no more!! Passwords world wide are slowly being phased out due to the likelihood of accounts being hacked, and this is compounded when people use the same passwords for several things. So we are staying ahead of the curb and adopting 2 factor authentication every time you log in. No more forgotten passwords. You will be sent a unique code every time.
The 2nd biggest change will be for Trade customers. We are introducing "company" accounts to our trade users, which will allow the addition of several staff members to one company account with the added option of a stored and shared payment method for your staff members to use. Trade customers who have been migrated to the newer company accounts will see a slightly different logo at the top of each page with the "trade" tag and also a few other differences. All the prices will reflect your given trade discount.
Trade customers who are yet to be migrated will see the website the same a regular does, however they will have their trade discount applied to them automatically.
