Returning your purchases has never been easier. Please make sure you return your items in secure packaging. We always recommend using a tracked and insured service, just to cover yourself in case of a stray package in the mail network.
Also, please make sure to always include your order number so that we can match the items to you. If you wish to request an exchange or colour swap, then please include details in a note, or if you prefer, you can request the return from your customer account.
Using the return request from within your customer account will let you state reasons for your return instead of you having to write a note. However, please always make sure to include your order number with your return at all times.
