Error upon checkout completion >

'Duplicate Invoice ID' -This is caused when you have first tried to checkout using PayPal, but then also tried to order again using a card method instead of completing your order via PayPal.
This precaution is to stop customers from ordering twice by mistake. To continue making your order, you must checkout again via PayPal and make sure that you have completed ALL steps. The most common mistake is when customers are passed back from PayPal to our site to confirm the order, customers think the order has completed, when in fact the customer still has to confirm that their order is correct.

The fix: Checkout via PayPal, and complete ALL steps, including when PayPal passes you back to our site, you MUST confirm your order details again. Your order will then complete and you should also recieve and email confirming this.

'15005' -This is a payment processing error and shows that the payment has been declined by your bank / card issuer. This could be for many reasons, but most commonly is due to the customer billing address & details not matching the card address. The reasons behind this error would not be passed to us from your bank, so you would need to speak with your bank / card issuer to resolve this matter. When contacting your bank / card issuer, please use the full error listed below:

ERROR: 15005 Processor Decline: This transaction cannot be processed.
This transaction was declined by the issuing bank. The buyer should retry checkout with a different card, or contact the issuer.

This can have a few causes, however the most common is an out of date web browser. Please either update your web browser or download a browser like Google Chrome which is highly supported. Also, please try refreshing your browser cache, this can be done by pressing 'ctrl & F5' on a pc. It is also very important to make sure you have javascript running for various elements of our site to behave properly, and to have cookies enabled in your browser.
